   can you imagine. i must say with an expected 125 million this year in revenue the MTA is gonna have to make a lot more to put any significant amount into the 11.5 billion dollar MTA budget through advertising. why do we expect ads to pay for our city operating costs. when did that become the norm or a legitimate way to deal with crumbling infrastructure.
